| Tangrams are a fun and educative game. They activate your imagination and thought.
Tangrams originated in China during the 1800's. It rapidly spread to the United States and
Europe, and became very popular with both children and adults. It is a challenging puzzle
that requires imagination and creativity. Tangrams can be played with 1 to many people. To
play, you must look at one of the pictures and try to reproduce it exactly as it looks
using all 7 geometric shapes (except where otherwise directed). Or, you can be creative
and make your own shapes, people, or objects! Simply print this page, and cut out the following shapes. For pictures, click these links and then print out the pages. Enjoy! |
